Warm, thoughtful therapy for people who are tired of performing “fine.”
I offer online therapy for adults in Maine and New York who want a steadier, kinder relationship with themselves, their bodies, and their lives.
Therapy that makes room for complexity.
I work with people who are often insightful, sensitive, creative, high-functioning, or deeply self-aware, but who still feel caught in patterns that are painful to live with.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. Together, we look at what has happened to you, how you learned to survive it, and what might become possible when those strategies no longer have to run the whole show.
I especially enjoy working with clients navigating trauma, eating disorders, body image distress, anxiety, relationship patterns, identity questions, and the tender work of becoming more fully themselves.
Spacious enough for honesty. Steady enough for change.
We might spend time understanding what is happening now, tracing how old experiences shaped your responses, and noticing what your body and emotions are trying to communicate.
The work can be gentle, direct, reflective, practical, and emotionally honest.
